A great evening, thanks, I really enjoyed myself and with the diversity of acts everyone was happier when they left.
Starting with the variety night at The Dragon Inn in aid of helping the people of Ukraine. We had two locals – complete novices – that were brilliant with the audience and lovely people (Luke and JD).

We introduced two experienced standup comics and our first introduction to the narcoleptic blues wonder that is Howling Fruitcake who has since gone from strength to strength.
Recently we put on a show at St.Swithun’s Church in Worcester where we introduced the side-splitting Darren Hoskins, a truly magical Greg Chapman, with a return of the brilliant comic poetic, Chris Briggs.

With J-D compering and, again, demonstrating his incredible timing with one-liners, Darren from the Forest of Dean had the whole audience going “awwwhhh” and “eeep” together as he put himself through a stick (you had to be there – or see him where you can). On the same bill, Greg gave us a demonstration of his twists on ‘classic’ tricks. You know the sort of thing “oh, I can see how he can do that” quickly changed to “oh, I don’t know how he could have done that“).
Though the evening was ‘enhanced’ by a licenced bar, the whole evening went down really well with the staff being lovely & so so helpful at the incredible venue.
